Terms of service
These terms have not been reviewed by a lawyer. They describe how the platform actually works so the description is accurate, but HD CAR WASH must replace this text with reviewed terms before taking real payments. An administrator can set the final text without a code change.
Memberships
A membership covers one specific vehicle, identified by its plate number, and is not transferable to another vehicle. A membership is either count-based (a fixed number of washes) or time-based (unlimited washes within a period), as stated on the plan at the time of purchase. Both expire on the date shown on your membership card, whether or not the washes have been used.
Using your membership
A wash is redeemed by presenting your QR membership card to an attendant, who scans it and confirms the wash. A minimum of 180 minutes applies between washes on the same membership, and a maximum of 1 wash per day, unless your plan states otherwise. Your QR code is permanent and stays the same through renewal because it contains the permanent five-digit Member ID. If access must stop because a card was lost or shared, we can suspend the membership while the issue is investigated.
Prices and payment
The price of a membership depends on the plan and your vehicle's type (Sedan or SUV), and is fixed at the moment you buy. VAT of 15% is included in the price shown unless stated otherwise. A later change to a plan's price does not affect a membership already purchased. Your membership activates only once payment has been confirmed.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a membership at any time from your account. Cancelling stops further washes immediately and does not, by itself, issue a refund. Refunds are considered case by case and are issued through the original payment method.
Suspension
A membership may be suspended where there is evidence of misuse, such as a code being shared between vehicles. You will be told when this happens and why.
